有氧康复训练对尿毒症血液透析患者睡眠质量、下肢运动功能及疲劳程度的影响(1)

     【摘要】 目的:探討有氧康复训练对尿毒症血液透析患者的睡眠质量以及疲劳程度的影响。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2019年8月于本院治疗的84例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者的临床资料,按照护理方式不同分为观察组(n=44)与对照组(n=40)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施有氧康复训练。干预3个月后,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估并比较两组睡眠质量,采用6分钟步行试验(6MWT)评估并比较两组下肢运动功能,采用疲乏量表-14(FS-14)评估并比较两组透析后疲劳状况。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI各维度评分及总分均明显低于干预前与对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组6MWT均高于干预前,且观察组6MWT明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组躯体、脑力疲劳评分及FS-14总分均低于干预前与对照组(P<0.05)。结论:有氧康复训练能够显著提高尿毒症血液透析患者的睡眠质量,提高下肢运动功能,降低患者透析后疲劳感,值得临床上进一步推广。

    Effects of Aerobic Rehabilitation Training on Sleep Quality, Lower Extremity Motor Function and Fatigue of Uremic Hemodialysis Patients/XIE Chunying. //Medical Innovation of China, 2020, 17(15): 0-089

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of aerobic rehabilitation training on sleep quality, lower extremity motor function and fatigue of uremic hemodialysis patients. Method: The clinical data of 84 uremia maintenance hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into observation group (n=44) and control group (n=40) according to the different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given aerobic rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group. After 3 months of intervention, sleep quality were evaluated and compared between two groups by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). The lower extremity motor function were evaluated and compared between the two groups by the six minute walk test (6MWT). And the fatigue status after dialysis were evaluated and compared between the two groups by fatigue scale-14 (FS-14). Result: After the intervention, the each dimension score and total score of PSQI in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the intervention and those in the control group (P<0.05). After the intervention, 6MWT in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and 6MWT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, the physical and mental fatigue scores and FS-14 total scores of the observation group were lower than those before intervention and those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Aerobic rehabilitation training can significantly improve the sleep quality of uremic hemodialysis patients, improve the lower extremity motor function, and reduce the fatigue of patients after dialysis, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice., 百拇医药(谢春莹)
